NHS staff self-isolating to protect loved ones in Covid

I organised and interviewed NHS staff isolating from loved ones through Covid and worked with our cameraman to edit the footage into a documentary video. The story was picked up by BBC Radio Solent.

Mental Health Awareness Week 2020

Managing BBC local news to ensure fair and accurate reporting of our staff for Mental Health Awareness day 2020.

We love our EU staff campaign

With Brexit looming, many of our valued EU staff were feeling unsettled and undervalued. I influenced senior leaders and the Chief Executive to write a letter of appreciation and support to EU and international members of staff working at Poole, Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch hospitals.

I edited and published a series of videos championing our EU staff and devised a series of posters and flyers that reiterated the messages and gave further help and support.

Freedom To Speak Up campaign 2020

I devised and delivered a rebranding of UHD’s Freedom to Speak Up service and planned and implemented a compelling campaign to encourage staff to speak up. The campaign involved a series of personal videos, which I filmed and edited myself, and a raft of new posters and flyers, which I commissioned a designer to create. I also re-wrote and refreshed relevant intranet pages and website.

RNLI

I led the RNLI’s content strategy from 2012-2017, driving sector-leading emails, print satisfaction rates of 99%, a content hub with 40% YOY growth and implementing brand messaging. I conceived, created and produced integrated campaigns that raised awareness and drove action.

Here is a sample of publications and emails I edited and improved.
